No solo mejora la motivaci\u00f3n, sino que con la m\u00fasica adecuada, el entrenamiento se vuelve m\u00e1s ergon\u00f3mico, los m\u00fasculos trabajan con mayor eficiencia y nuestro rendimiento f\u00edsico mejora. Incluso la fuerza puede aumentar considerablemente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pero \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la m\u00fasica adecuada? Al elegir la m\u00fasica, primero debes considerar la actividad, es decir, el movimiento. El ritmo de la m\u00fasica debe reflejar este movimiento lo m\u00e1s fielmente posible. El tempo de la m\u00fasica, el llamado ritmo, puede incluso usarse para controlar el movimiento. Incluso peque\u00f1os cambios en el ritmo pueden tener un impacto significativo en la efectividad del entrenamiento. El ritmo se mide en <em>pulsaciones por minuto<\/em> especificado y con&nbsp;<em>bpm<\/em> abreviado.<\/p>\n<p>Die pers\u00f6nliche Schrittzahl findet man ganz leicht raus, indem man einen Timer auf 20 sec stellt und dazu die Schritte beim Gehen z\u00e4hlt. Auch Apps (z.Bsp. BPM Tap Counter) k\u00f6nnen hier helfen. Die Tempoangabe der Musik entspricht der gew\u00fcnschten Ziel-Schrittfrequenz beim Training. F\u00fcr Laufbandtraining eigenen sich je nach Bandgeschwindigkeit 85 &#8211; 110 bpm. F\u00fcr musikgest\u00fctztes Nordic Walking sind 85-95 bpm sinnvoll.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Playlists wurden in der App Tidal erstellt. Wir empfehlen diesen Musikstreamingdienst zu verwenden, da dort die Musiker*innen fair behandelt werden und verantwortlicher mit KI-inhalten umgegangen wird. Sie k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die App Tidal oder im Browser abgespielt werden. Wenn man dort kein Abo habt, werden die Titel von Werbung unterbrochen. Auch kann es ohne Abo passieren, dass der Algoritmus von allein die Playlist erweitert und man dann keine passende Gangmusik mehr bekommt. Wenn du einen bestimmten Einzeltitel verwenden m\u00f6chtest, so ist das nur \u00fcber ein Abo m\u00f6glich. La m\u00fasica indica la energ\u00eda y el alcance de tus movimientos.
