Ces caract\u00e9ristiques rythmiques favorisent une connexion motrice inconsciente avec la musique. Une m\u00e9lodie entra\u00eenante et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ainsi que des harmonies motivantes, constituent le fondement d&#039;un entra\u00eenement moteur efficace. Chaque morceau de 10 minutes se termine par un silence de 2 minutes, permettant de renforcer mentalement et physiquement les acquis de l&#039;entra\u00eenement.
